    Hello everyone, can someone tell me about:
    1. Why some player account cant use trade, board, and gift system?(me and my guildmate suddenly got trade restrictions on menu)
    2. How to revoke or lift up this trade restrictions on menu?
    3. Are asobimo ever care about player when they do contacted customer service?

    1. You and your guildy got a penalty for doing a violation.

    2. Trade restrictions can't be lifted.

    3. Ways to contact customer service is there for a reason.

    Omg we never doing scam, violation, abuse system on toram online.
    In that case, even without penalty mark on character it is included permanent restrictions?

    Trade restrictions is the worse, since it's either penalty 6 or 7.

    You and your guildy can just create a new account and refrain from doing violations again.

    I believe you are also the one who posted this thread. You already have your probable answer that your account is possibly under investigation of suspected fraud/violations.

    The only thing you can do now regarding your trade restriction is to wait. If Asobimo decides that your account is clean, they will release the temporary ban. If Asobimo finds out that you violated certain rules, your account is permanently locked from trade options (sometimes without prior notice).

    Yes, they do reply your email after some time. You will get automated response at first as you may have known, but rest assured their real reply will come in a few days up to two weeks at most (not on weekends or holidays).

    I think youre misunderstood smth, if we got penalty its appear on the head of our character marked penalty 6/7
    We still can use chat option and hear this, we never abuse, or do any violation on toram.
    I read on toram rule what we receive on game was because fraud punishment.

    What make us feels confused is, why we dont have such notice from asobimo. Suddenly got trade penalties.
    How long the inspection will start until end we dont know too.
    Already sent mail many times still they replied with auto reply.
    I hope their staff read our problem since we likes toram online.
    If we create new account, our effort(top up orb, grinding material, level up etc) became wasted.

    "In the game, there are 7 levels of penalty and the penalty level will rise with repeated violation acts.
    The level of penalty will differ according to the content of the violation act, and penalties different from below maybe applied.
    We are not responsible for disclosing the reasons of the applied penalty.
    Once applied, there will be NO CANCELS to penalties or lowering of the penalty levels.
    If you have a penalty record, you may not be admitted to receive some services and offers.
    In principle, penalties are applied without prior notice, but there MAY be a warning sent via in-game mail beforehand."

    you got the penalty level 5, i think one of your guild members was a bot user
