Hi, I am new

Hello kids. My name is [REDACTED] and Im nee to Toram. I started August of 2015 and need lots of help with this game. I hope to make lots of friends and beat up cool monsters.
I already have made a few builds and finished the story, but I need to learn some things. How do I make spina, I only have about 10m rn and have about 20 Jumpsuits to sell for 1m each (really poor, I know x.x)
Also, where do I level? Im already almost capped on a few characters and I know the Lapin Soul quest gives lots of EXP and I can farm monsters near my level but omg, its so confusing ;-;
