I saw in skill trees list, at level 10, it increases 550 cspd and 250% cspd, so for example, if one has 2000 cpsd shouldn't it be 7550 cpsd? Cause it seems lower than that, only around 3k8 cspd.

 

Sometimes skills don't affect the stats that you get from your equipment. If a lot of your CSPD comes from your equipment then that could be why.

% stats don't stack with + stats
% always calculate from the base, in this case your natural cspd from DEX and AGI.
+ stats are added afterwards.

 

In that case, it needs at least 3k base cspd. How can someone raise his cspd this high...

 

Total CSPD = (player's level + DEX * 2.94 + AGI * 1.16) * CSPD% + flat CSPD


If you're trying that 10k CSPD no cast, just copy the equipment build on the youtube vid. Note that he can't reach 10k without using Dex Gem(+?).

With all the gears you're sacrifising, that build is only gonna be good for Chakra and support skill spam. No cast magic isn't as good as you think. Burst only needs 2 magic skills for instant cast even with only 1k CSPD(it's only gonna take 1 second longer). Other magics deal shit damage specially so with your stats. You'd also get kicked for ruining the other Finale mage's proration.

The Chakra spam alone is worth it IMO though.
