What I've noticed with Holy Fist is that it's an extremely fast skill. The start up cast is quick; and the after effect skill delay is very quick. Thus has some use for situational combos. The 2m range can also be manipulated to your advantages with regards to combos as well.

 

Used to see it as a combo ender for Snipe builds until Finale came around. Was an easily cancel skill at the time, and I've never seen it used really anywhere else other than maybe quicker combo middles for 1h-fu.

 

Useful for CQC Mage build
