Hope for new weapon/combat skill tree(s)

    Maybe another combination/dual wield of already existing weapons, i.e. Dual Bowgun, Dual Halberd, Halberd+1HS,...
    Or a new type of weapon/sub-weapon with its own new skill tree, i.e. a double-bladed sword, a cannon, paper talisman, whip,... Maybe an exclusive sub-weapon for katana main (wakizashi, i think?)
    Or more variants of physic/magic hybrid...
    What do you guys think?

    No, god no.

    The weapons available need fixing / balancing. Mage classes need a lot of work now, magic has been neglected.

    Dual bow guns?!....DUAL HALBERDS...Your characters arms would rip off. Even though the game has balancing issues, they still try to stay within some general rules.

    No new classes are expected to be added. Just classes that are already present in Iruna will be introduced at some time.

    That would actually look cool..~
    Long range but with limited ammo (mana bars).

    Whip n stuff alike would be useful IF they actually allow us to trap bosses in place for a limited time or restrict their atks (as they can do) aside from ailments :v

    Dual halberd..seems cool but..l cant help but imagine getting stabbed in back while twirling em both -w-; ) ..not practical either..

    A dagger main would be nice, but nah..once a sub class, always a sub class l guess ._.)

    Md seems to be a forgotten blast of past..literally.

    But as one above said,
    It's better to control what they have rather than giving out more..
    Quality over quantity if you may, since what we have isnt really as good as it should be :/
    Dw, archer, 2h, hlb n even knuckles with goliath got their break through,
    When was last time mages got a good skill besides Finale :l ?
    Not counting the whole Wizard skill tree fiasco.

    If we are to expect what is in Iruna to come to Toram, there are some jobs that already have their representation. Imma list em all and say which are represented already below cuz it ended up being a bunch of text.

    Gladiator - Basically all blade skills

    Paladin - Combination of Knight skills, Shield skills and Gloria from Priest

    Beast Knight - Blade skills, Knight skills and Bite from Dark Energy

    Sniper - Shot Skills, No traps in Iruna so oddly not Hunter. Missing Overclock that eats your hp but makes you faster and stronger, and Fairy wind to shoot while moving.

    Summoner - Unfortunately, the pet system and tamer skills. Along with support skills and Shot skills I guess

    Assassin - Here, but I guess having to back step for full dmg is a bit annoying, and there's no Venom Fist for decent Poison, No Illusion for magic eva and no Teleporting around with Backstab. But it's here I guess

    Bishop - Priest and Magic skills, though no Resurection, Revelation, Respiramo, or Judgement

    Servant - Priest but really not here. They buff with tea party skills and can manipulate the aggro of the party at will, as well as lending their stats to another player.

    Monk- Martial Arts

    Enchanter- Yes but actually no. Auto ench is in the form of Additional Magic from gears, Magic Blade spam type is the Magic Warrior skill tree along with a bit of Wizard. Origin was kinda fused into Magic Blade to create Enchant Blade. Lost its Magical side, but origin side makes it auto effective element. Tbh if Origin was its own skill it would be broken so I guess it's ok.

    High Wizard - Magic Skills and Wizard, unfortunately

    Necromancer - Magic Skills but there's no summoning dead people and taking over said dead people so not really here. Dark Energy somehow has nothing in common with Necro Iruna skills

    Ninja - They are mixed attackers, having Phisical Builds as well as Magic Builds (A True mix attacking build would be hard, especially since Silent Killing nerf). They can clone and attack with said clones in Dance of Clones, or use their magic jutsus in aligment to whatever Kyuseijutsu Yang tells them so they get a power boost. The phisical can power up their DoC with Phantom Flame to make a B I G one time use DoC for massive dmg, and Magic get a bit from PF and a lot from Astrological Techniques. Not here

    Alchemist - Master of DoT to all monsters, and your bank account cuz they use items to attack. Poison based on Int Dex, Burn Based on Int Dex, Bleed Based on Int Dex Crt, Good AoE hit with Bloom Blizzard, Cursed rain for even more dot, based on Int Matk. They have a finisher skill that powers up based on how crippled your oponent is. Not here

    Samurai - Katana skills

    Minstrel- Minstrel Skills, lost Dragon Newt Song(Dmg skill, powers up based on number of songs, deletes one). Understandable since you can just use a weapon skill tree for a dmg skill.

    Dual bowgun would be cool xD I have wished this for a longtime.
    I can imagine an uzi skill with dual wield bowguns where you're character nearly falls over doing 8 tenryu sprays but very unstable damage bcoz there is so much recoil on holding two bowguns and then when the boss tries to delete me I will be doing like a zantei where my character jumps backwards matrix style dodging damage while shooting at this boss.
    But sadly I don't think this will happen.

    Ever considered new weapons such as axes, warhammers, scythes or a flippin magical girl wand?
    You won't know for sure...

    Revamp skill tree and combo system!
    Introduce more passive skills rather than a bunch of useless low tier active skills!
    I have seen a game that all the heroes only have one active skills and 4 passive skills and it still works great! In this game, there is also talent system which has some specialization passive skill trees in it. You can choose how to build ur character like maybe in toram, we can have breaker tree, normal attack tree, skill tree, tank tree, mobility tree, specific class tree, etc

    Tbh, I'm not looking forward to any more skill trees from toram. The current ones stink and are seriously unbalanced.

    For the main weapon trees, sword can do everything. Ailment, self heal, i-frames, high ASPD, self prorate and MP cost halving. It gets worse with DW which lose swift attack but have even more i-frames.

    Mage have high power skills which is crippled by thw need for high cspd. Also messing with them is that high cspd eats into HP and MATK.

    Shot have an entire branch that's useless beyond being save tag buffer. Sneak attack is garbage and useless with decoy shot placement, snipe is bad on bowguns.

    Martial is basically a self punishment tree because most bosses have anti-disable effect. Crusher helps but the MP cost of crusher is hellish.

    DW wins with self healing, ailments, i-frames, range attack, closers, gap openers, ampr, movement speed buff and sub weapon attack power and refine effects. Wtf.

    Halberd only really has dragon tooth, otherwise they have no sefenses. At all. Ever.

    Katana is actually balanced for its gameplay style but has no reliable disable skill. Conditional pierce skill for annoyingly high def bosses and counters against attacks. Personally hate that they get weaker with sub weapon tho.

    STR stat is the most unbalanced stat in this game.

    And thats my opinions. These arent even the gadawful buffs skills yet.

    axes are swords, 1h and 2h.
    warhammer as in mace? staff and 2h.
    scythes: 2h and halberd, and 1h for sickles.
    wands are staves.
    any exotic variant of magic weapons, such as orbs or spirits, are MDs.

    Call it mini bowguns like what the demon hunter uses on Diablo 3, double bladed would probably go to halberd app, a cannon would be a bowgun app, a paper talisman could be a good weapon to a necromancer if ever, a whip for dancers could be good, but since weapons and clothes don't have animation, it would look like a shotel because it will not move same goes for chained weapons, claw goes to knuckles, there should also be war fans but... anyway I would like a ki blast for weapons, just firing fireballs from your hands.

    Heck even dynasty warriors have limited wepain selections.

    They should make pure martial tree equipped with knuckles as main the only class that can use it's skills with protection from counters or will not proc boss effects from such skills

    What I mean is reduce the amount of active skills in a tree and introduce more passive skills instead. For example, 9 active skills in main weapon skill tree can be reduced to only 4-5 active skills. In exchange, introduce more passive skills. Or maybe add a new system like talent system, but this one don't use skill points, but use talent points so players can much more customize their characters. What I mean by talent, u can look at my previous reply

    honestly wish they would let us change wpn while in battle, it would add more interesting play style for muti wpn user.

    if that were to happen a lot of people would invest in invincibility skills ex. phantom slash - that would invalidate other counters like elegant poise, why would you want a skill that halves dmg@lvl10 and gives 3s invincibility when they can change weapon mid-fight and get 6s of invincibility
    though my support wouldn't be complaining xD

    actually shinobi skills sounds interesting for me.
    Add a throwing type weapon here and itll be set!

    Imagine having a clone effect
    then doing jutsus or a physical skills like dance of clones that sounds good but kinda imbalance when implemented

    That looks...very cool..

    Thou l meant in sense that even now with hlb, when using DT, we twirl it as we atk and return.
    With 2, l said its impractical xD not impossible~
    It's a game :b
    They could give us a frying pan op stats and we'd wreck the boss..

    Since it's quite long, l imagine crossing em to block, or stabbing with em..or if too desperate.. throw one xD
    Buuuut it's a game..so if ever implemented..they could make a cool animation from it or something, who knows xD
