How do blacksmiths make rings/hats?

    I got the BS skill, but it doesn't give me the option to create those kinds of gear. What am I missing?

    As of now, you can only craft those items through the bs npc. Additional items are still tradeable when crafted there.

    Ok, thank you. Does anyone also know if its possible to get rings with 1 or 2 slots while being made at sofya BS?

    Yup, its possible, I've received slotted stuff from him before. If you look on any item it will tell you in its stat screen if its slottable. If it is, you can get a slotted result from the BS.
