How do I even Blacksmith

Ok I want to make a vit blacksmith since I got nothing better to do.
I have an extra tech smith lvl100 for this since I'm planning to reset stats when I'm at a high profiency.

So how to lvl up prof real fast?

Do I need gear with vit ?

How much is this gonna cost me I don't feel like farming if I don't have too. (Lazy probs)

if u want gear urself with dex gears since 6dex=1diff which help in success rate

o3o to be honest tec bs might be better.................since success rate is many times higher XD
