How do I report players in Toram? (Verbal Abuse/Harassment)

So this happened with my really close friend. I'm sure she did nothing wrong to just burst him out like that.

Anyways I really wanna report that cancerous player for verbal abuse and harassment but I don't really know how. Please guide me to the right way! Thanks!~

 

Its just a case boredom. That guy trippin and you just happened to be the receiving end. It's easier to block people you don't like rather than reporting which is a long shot and close to none probability of results. ^_^

U can, on setting support, just giv ign name of the player, time and which chat.. but take time or mybe no respond at all..

Tell your waifu to block him the next time it happens to her. That's the quick fix. If she won't comply then she enjoys the entertainment as well. ^_^

Click on orb shop...

click on "contact us"

Then you can now report.


They're pretty effective at sorting it out, but the form is detailed. So make sure you have their name accurately written, which can be difficult when they use symbols. But they still manage to find them. As they go off the time, map, and server... So make sure that's accurate, as they follow it up some times and expect it in Japan standard time.

Any issues, let me know. I've contacted support a bit, and have a good idea of how it works and who to contact.

 

A better idea is to move away from rakau and hang out somewhere else.

I'd advice hanging out somewhere other than rakau, there are some complete loonies there. while you are about it, avoid gov office too. If you insist on staying in rakau, just use the block. tap their name, click next repeatedly until you can see block chat, and tap that. good luck.

Well, to making chance of them getting reported, only if he make lot of victims and those victims come to report him. They will respond, but, not even sure if they can act fast.
And especially, they will act so fast when you are a Japanese People that use Japan words. Then abuse / harrashment in Japan words

 

Toram imo has 0 support, you can report players after going through 5 buttons and filling out the form>sending the form>waiting 3 months>”Sorry but we are not able to assist you as you did not provide to correct Timezone” or some bullsh*t like that(that’s what happened to me), you need to basically hop of the game and find the time in Japanese time to report them etc, also if the are using Asian characters or no standard characters then you cannot report them because you can’t type their name

When you click on a player there is 3-4 “???” Unused slots where they could add in a “report” option to make it easier and simpler,Hell while they’re at it they should make a “Inspect” option aswell cause I’m sure people would like to compare gear and see people chosen skills or xtals they use etc
