Theres mention of sub stab and main stab, which confuses me- but calculations are just based on your total stab?

    Total stab
    = main wepon stab (str*0.025+dex*0.075) + sub wep stab= (base stab divide by 2) *(str+0.06+ agi0.04)

Is that correct? For DW skills, sub atk is conbined with your main attack, so stability aside, AGI yields the highest atk per stat pt?

Best stat allocation for dw is STR=AGI.
Too much agi will make you lose cdmg multiplier. In the other hand, too much str will make you miss flat atk power and motion spd.

Here is the rough calculation on how str and agi works.
After lv195 you can put 250 str and 250 agi. We will use this fact as the base of our calculation.
At this point you will have:
    200 cdmg (150 base + 50 from str)
500 flat main weapon atk power
1000 flat sub weapon atk power.
With generic 280+s weapon you can get around 1160 flat atk main hand and 730 sub hand. For a total of 1660 main and 1730 sub hand. Avg will become around 1700.
And also around 1k aspd?! from agi stat.

If you add 50 more str you will gain :
    10 cdmg (5% of 200 cdmg)
50 atk for both main and sub. Lets just put avg on this variable.
So your battle power will increase :
    1.05*1750/1700 = 1.080. Around 8% increase

If you add 50 agi you will gain :
50 main and 150 sub atk. Avg is 100.
210 aspd > more than 1% motion spd. because there's huge aspd% gear we will double this variable.
1800/1700*1.02 = 1.080 exactly the same value as str.
So the best stat allocation is str = agi.

And yes I'm too bored to make this calculation.

Is Subhand stability capped at 100%?

Main stability works as usual stability. Sub stability plays a role on damage formula. A simplified version of damage formula for dual sword skills is:
    (mainATK+subATK*subStab+skillConstant-enemyDef)*skillRate
So more sub stability means more of subATK will be used on dmg formula.

About atk, in theory agi leads to highest atk. In pratice there is your sub stability. Agi>Str still a way to go since atk is more relevant than crit damage at bosses with mid-high def and agi also gives motion speed. A lot of of ppl give up crit on their stats for aspd, not picking even more aspd through agi stat would be incoherent.
    Yes

Wait, so if all of this is calculated properly and STR=AGi, then allocation of DWs stats is up to preference ence? 247str/300agi is just as good to 300stt/247agi; and likewise just as good as 262/285agi?

Yes, the difference is really small, like 3% dmg on worst case between str>agi vs agi>str, but this doesn't take motion speed in account, so difference may be even smaller or favorable to agi>str depending of your build.

Against high def bosses only your mainhand attack is used for the pierce calc. So investing into AGI won't help you against high def bosses

Pierce is applied over enemy's def, so ig you meant physical res? But physical res is aplied over both atks as well.

Are you positive about this? What if someone uses armor break on the mob. Is it the same? Where can this information be found?

No. I have already simulated DW damage and compared to values I found in-game and they're identical. DW behaves exactly like other classes except that sub atk is hidden, but it's multiplied by sub stability and added to main atk on damage calculation. Agi scalling for sub atk is 3:1 and 1:1 for main, so for usual stability values on sub, you get 3.1-3.4 atk per agi point vs 1.7-1.8 atk per str point, which is just about half of agi's scalling.
