    that's entirely up to the selling players. the price can range from 1 to infinity.

    taxes on consignment board take effect when you buy from other servers.
    sometimes the prices change when you look up the same items from different servers.
    the height of the tax depends on the seller. the more you sell to "all servers" the more it increases, but it's the buyer who pays it.
