How (On Iphone) To Completly Restart Toram? (I put in off-topic because i didn't know where else)

so this new phone I got is a HandMeDown from my older sister who played toram (and got me hooked too) on the aforementioned phone. and I want to make my own account and name and I want to work for my stuff and not have for example one time only emblems already acheived, and such. I hope you get my point but when I tried deleting and redownloading it still had all of my sisters stuff! I don't know why and I don't want it to save it I really want to experience the game for myself please help

 

i could help you if it was an android, i don't know about iOS user... maybe someone can, hope they read this thread

 

Have you tried to logout of your sister's account?

If your sister or someone else in your family has an Android phone you can borrow.. There's a way.
Install Toram on the Android phone, create a new account, finish the tutorial. After that, go to account settings and choose 'Submit'. Use an email that isn't linked to any Asobimo account to register the new account. Once it is registered, you can log out of your sister's account on the Iphone and log into the new account you just registered.

Pretty sure this works with any Asobimo game that can be linked to an Asobimo account, I helped a friend on Iphone start Alchemia over a few months ago, using similar method.

Edit: Or if you have a PC that can run an Android emulator, you can use that too.

 

my whole family is iphone and the only pc we have is win-vista. its very old and is used for storing photos thats it i dont think my parents will let me risk their data for a game but i can ask ill let u know wat they say...

 

Deinstalling and reinstalling should've resulted in a logout of the current account. Opening a freshly installed Toram will lead you either way to the character customization menu, where you can either choose to make a new char (on this phone) or login with an Asobimo Account.

Does Apple even save the progress on your apple account? I doubt it, but if that's the case, you shouldn't be able to use you're sister's data anyway if you log into your own apple account. Doesn't make sense to only terminate Google Play services though.

In general, I would recommend to reset the phone so you don't have all that junk data from the previous owner.

Reset the phone, and log into the device with your sister's apple account to download any paid apps she already paid for. Then log out, and login with your account. That should probably work. Not sure whether apple has that thing where you can ''share'' paid apps with your family. The feature is called familiy library at the Play Store.

 

Actually, doing the steps I mentioned is possible with Iphone too, provided the phone you're going to use doesn't have a Toram account stuck in it. And for the email, you can just make a new one.

 

Uninstall Toram> Settings> Privacy> Reset advertising identifier> Download Toram

 

log in-game, go to
menu > settings > account settings

what iphone unit do you have anyway?
i’ve got a 5s (which appstore toram description says not supported but i can still play and install)
and everytime i re-install toram it prompts me to make a new character and i have to login my asobimo account. its odd that even when uninstalled, you still have the account. although i think its irrelevant try logging in a new game center account if the above doesnt work.

apple has this too, so check as well if your appstore account is family shared
