When I see some other player in game, why their character so good looking & cute.
How to become cute like that ?

I'm so bad when choose color matching, dressing and hair style.

 

Watch anime with moe characters for references.
And Toram wants you to do Gacha too for cuteness overload lol

 

Use "cute" eyes

 

Surround yourself with cute things and cute friends. They will affect your styles and without noticing it, you will soon be cute too.

Well, you can learn the basics of art such as the use of accent colours and proportion of human anatomy. Some clothes might change the way you look like it might make your character seems taller, in relation to the balance of the whole set of the outfit.

For example, I generally use a color guide that follows this:
1)avoid mono colours, you need at least 2 colour theme.

2)also avoid using too many differing colours, it will make it less coherent

3)if you have 2 or 3 matching colours, you can add accent colours to make it less monotone. I usually add it on either the eyes or a part of the weapon/gear that glows/shines. Such as the linings of the clothes or the jewel of a staff.

For example this is my mage's outfit:




As you can see, I use the main theme of monochrome colour with black and white.
The accent colour is yellow/green for the clothes lining, eyes and the staff's gem.

Same rule is applied to p. Avatar with the theme of silver armor with red for the clothes part, the accent colour would her gold eyes.

Of course im not saying this is the absolute best way to do it, at least for me its giving a feeling of a complete package based on certain themes. It gives individuality for each characters.

You could go learn a few things about graphic design online. I took a graphic design course in high school (this wasn't that long ago lol), and honestly it was one of the most helpful and fun classes I ever took. I'm not the best when it comes to designing things, but it's better than seeing two things that look good and putting them together regardless of whether or not they mix well.

 

It goes both ways, sometimes I just have the avatars that could work so I made a new character off of that. Sometimes new gears happen to pique my interest to change up the appearance. For hairstyle I just use orbs for that, for hair and eyes colours gemstones aren't that expensive. Even tough Avatars usually have higher level of details to make some complex appearance, I prefer to use normal gears instead of avatars to get the stat that I want from random enchantments on random avatars. Thats why fairy paper pattern is so valuable but you cant get it that often. Normal gears are also flexible enough to have a matching sets since you could dye them freely.

just because you had the luck to win a fancy avatar, doesn't make you cute.
most players look even more ugly than before when they put on their avatars.
it's all about style and colour combination, rarity has nothing to do with this.

hair and eye colour can be changed if needed, but if your character has a specific design, you should base your outfit around your character and not vice-versa.
the most limiting factor is hair style, as it is almost impossible to change. make sure your hair style matches with your face and it will be fine.

just like in reality, you cannot wear everything. what looks good on others may not look good on you, but there is also something that looks good on you but not on others. find that fashion which looks good on you and work with it.
colours can be anything, as long as it doesn't create too much contrast with your hair/skin colour. (but those can be adjusted if needed)
there is no parameter on equipment that makes it cute or not. it's all about the combination.

if you find that difficult, start with matching sets provided by the game, such as Oracle Robe + Oracle Hat or Diomedea Suit + Mechanic Hat.
these naturally have the same colours and are of the same style. see how they fit together and then you can figure out other combinations yourself.
for female characters, there is a selection of fancy ribbons. try them all out and see which one fits best on your hair. some "hard" outfits, such as Knight Armor, can be made more cute by adding ribbons.

Butterfly Ribbon looks very good when you can match it's colour with the rest of your equipment.
