How to craft anniversary event player made equipment?

The situation is like this: At 4th anniversary, the item difficulty of 4th anniversary event is 185 level as compare to the closest available craftable equipment which is lil empress equipment with item difficulty of 145 level. So how do you manage to craft a 71 pot 4th anniversary halberd without putting some point in tec?

 

You craft the lower version of the anniversary weapons. The Roman numerals are there for a reason

 

but .... 4th anniversary halberd VIII is also 145 item level ...

 

High level proeficiency + STR bonus (each 10 STR = +1% success rate for bs craft) + Special Equipament (DEX/STR equips, 6 DEX = 1 difficulty) + a bit of TEC
It wouldn't be 100% success rate, but would give a fair amount of chance.

 

My guildmate is seeking for no point put in tec because it decrease the pot of equipment... and I can only think of reset... even with food buff dex gear and dex crystal, we can achieve around 18 extra difficulty....

 

TEC itself doesn't lower weapon potential, but using points on it over stats that affect weapon potential will definitely lower it. For halberd, each 20 points on STR/AGI increase potential by 1. You could trade 20 points on one of those two stats for 10 difficulty (2 TEC = 1 difficulty). You can also use the "spare" points of those stats on TEC as well, e.g. 275 STR, the extra 15 points of STR aren't giving any potential to your weapon, so you could just put them on TEC.

 

So it is impossible to craft anniversary event equipment(more to halberd crafter as it is str agi bs) without some point in tec? My guildmates will have to rebuild their char...

 

It's possible to reach anniv weapons difficulty just through stats and equipaments, you'll just have a lower chance of success on craft.
