How to fast leveling pet ??

Hi guys, I'm new on this forum, so I don't know best words for starting this thread. lol

I wanna ask a question, is there any fastest way for level up our pet ?

I have a cute kodama with 2h, all rounder type, with enthusiastic nature. I think it's the good one.
Done with the skills & disciple training, now it has first aid, clean hit, and rage hit (or something rage-rage, I'm forgot lol ) , but the trouble is the attack are so low DMG. Cause my bogo need more stat points.

Pets skill proficiency happen when pets used skill many times
