How to fix "You cannot use this account anymore"

I play Toram Online through the Steam on my laptop. But I got a notification popUp that "Youu cannot use this account anymore". So, when I try to open the game, it stops on that notification, and then the game closes. There is no option to create a new account or use another account at all. How can I access the new account creation section? What should I do?
And when I logged out of my Steam account and creat a new Steam account, the result remained the same

since the option to logout/switch accounts can only be accessed from within the game, you probably need to uninstall the app and clear all data to remove the link.
