How to get 10k cspd?

I ask this for making "no cast time" mage.

 

Food, buffs, potions, gear, stats and skill.
I think it was one of Finelia's build that achieved that, cmiiw tho

adding dex then getting cspd% stats and equip but equip with flat cspd increase of like 1000 ( mage cape are better)
use philosopher's ring with lalvada( it's upgrade should be coming soon)
if u cant afford 2s equip your best bet is using the skill high cycle from support skill tree( works best with high dex stat)

 

i am assuming you are looking into burst skill from magic skill tree, you don't necessarily need 10k cspd to use burst, you can have 5k cpsd and can still effectively use burst but make sure to remember burst requires elemental staff set for it to reach its full potential

 

Burst looks really useless to me xD idk why but it has really low dmg

And about cspd full Dex then full cspd items (noeliel upgrade is great too)

 

can do 500k+ on single hit

 

Burst with high cspd is spammable, no need to cast other magic skills prior except for arrow/impact for maximum potential. Plus it has element advantage. Casting Interrupt won't be much of an issue, and you have higher mobility.

 

To be fair, with the shear amount of work you have to throw into making Burst reach that damage and cast at a decent time what tier 4 skill wouldn't be strong at that point?

 

It actually doesn’t take much work with 1s gear and a set of NPC/dropped elemental staffs it should reach over that. People underestimate burst’s damage.

 

On select bosses yea its not majorly hard, consistently is a deferent matter. not saying the skill is trash but the effort just isnt worth the payoff.

 

My finale deals 1,5m~ and burst only 300k on same boss while in fight

 

u need elemental set for burst to shine rather than int or matk for finale

 

my burst is twice as strong as my blast, for a little less than twice the mp.
the cast time can range from 0 to 8 seconds, so the average cast time is 4 seconds, equal to blast.
it is definitely an upgrade.

finale is only strong at the center. cast time cannot be shortened and if the target takes only 1 step it will miss.
the 2nd hit is lower than burst and the 3rd hit is lower than blast.

you can inflict Stop with lances before finale, but only once per minute, so finale can be just as conditional as burst.

 

Well, i know it and it's not worth in my opinion one staff is enough for finale and... 5-6 staffs for burst and lower dmg
