How to Get Better as a mage?

i made recently a mage but i dont use a staff am using Irogeon
i think this is the proper section as i Need A guide to tell me what stats i do and what are the best equips ( p.s. i have the c.armor nd C.earrings )
and for the stats i saw before a post says to get INT to the max ,, Well i think messed that up I got DEx to 50 And Vit 10 because i find my Hp is So Low and i have no idea how to Raise that Up ( p.s. i have one Crystal 100+Hp ) so any idea how to fix the stats ? or is it okay to keep raising up the Dex + Vit with Lil of INt ?

 

Using staff, you gain MATK from DEX too.
Not that much, 1MATK/DEX if I remembered correctly.
But it solves your problem anyway. Yeah, you'll get 50MATK more.

About VIT, mage receives average HP from VIT.
Not as high as those swordmans and brawlers.
But still not as low as those hunters.
You can equip with shield if you're using staff.
And continue to add some VIT if you wanna be a tank.
Or just leave those VIT as it be.

If you need much more HP,
Get survival skill LV2.
HP Boost adds your HP by 110HP/skillLV.
1100HP at LV10.

Anyway, focus on INT from now on.
Or you may start over with LV1.
It's not that hard to be LV24 again.

 

First of all thanks for the information but i am not using Staff I am using Irogeon ( the wings only ) And yes i did restarted from lvl 1 because my stats were all messed up now i didnt use a single stat cuz am afraid i will mess them up again XD thats why i wanna know how to fill them up ? (without using a staff )

If you're using a device, Int is the way to go. Well, it is for almost any mage. If you want to be a real maverick, do a combo of Int/Agi for secure (2 Int;1 Agi ratio), to help with physically attacking (you regain MP without using Charge)

But for the most part, people will tell you that Mage = Pure Int. I think that's selling the whole archetype a little short, but it is effective...
