is balancing the proration on boss is the only way to get breaker rank and interrupt skill like flinch, tumble, stun on martial skill doesn't counted on breaker rank?

yes, it's all about shifting the proration values.
parts breaking and ailments have absolutely no effect on it.

 

use dual weild, auto breaker if you impact + sc + auto 24/7

 

then can you get breaker rank on iconos while the boss cannot be prorated?

 

I don't get what you mean iconos cannot be prorated. it's just have high def&resistant with 100% guard rate on flinch and tumble in certain time.

 

breaker rank is such a bullcrap title its freaking misleading.

i watched arewzo video and he said "this boss has 0% proration. no matter how much you spam, your damage won't get lower" he spam pommel strike 10 times, his damage is still 8808.

 

every boss has proration others has low rate proration like iconos and warmo but iconos has better resistance thats why it seems like it doesnt effect him

Iconos is the only one boss with no proration. Try spamming skill without auto attack with 100% stab and you will always get same result. Btw, iconos does have very high def and it will do more on every 25% of losing hp

 

it does have proration but he has very low rate.
