How to lvl Timid nature pet's skills?

Are they the same as gentle or perhaps there's something else worth mentioning?

 

pet's skills got 2 types. active skills like magic lance is one of them that get exp when used. pets also got passive skills like hp boost and hp gain that get exp from your kills(or from the kills of the pet). when the skill is not used it gain exp from kills (active skills get a bit more since it get from both kills and usage hence the aoe skill of the pet is the fastest one to level up) for timid and gentle nature, pets get skill exp only from skills. just bring your pet with you all the time specially when farming it is a great way to cap that legacy skill that will be inherited across the whole generations of your pet when you are fusing them.
