How to recover MP for katana?

As the title goes, what's thr best way to recover MP?
Some of my options are from halberd, shot and magic branch .

 

I would recommend using Decoy from shot tree and raikiri from mononofu tree

 

You can easily regain MP from dashing back and forth using shukuchi as well as kairiki, I regain more than 1 bar of mp every second everytime i dash back and forth while the these 2 buffs are on

 

Do I need to max shukuchi?
Also, do I need agi for attackspeed?

 

1. Mastering how to spam shukuchi (maxing shukuchi, and only need decent ASPD, not need to 1.1k, but maybe 600-800 is enough as we know that we need to walk off some distance to be able to do shukuchi)
2. Have 1.1k ASPD and use kairiki to spam auto attack (decoy can be your extra MP if you want to throw some SP)

As for no. 1 you can get kairiki too to get extra AMPR, and as for no. 2 the people i've known only learn lv. 1 shukuchi as he said that shukuchi isn't efficient for him

I think no need Agi for katana, you cantik get aspd from halberd Buff, buy from board of u wont waste skill point
