    At synth prof 200, is it possible to synth HPO(High-Purity Orichalcum) with 100% success rate with a Vit-Tec BS?
    My BS is capped so I have full 255 tec

    no. u need dex stats to sythn 100% as it ups ur success rate.
    i also tested it after i converted my tec bs to vit-tec bs. i no longer sythn 100% hpos :(
