I was flagged with a "permanent restriction on application use" level 7 violation on terms 14.1 b and I know I didn't do it
And still got flagged with it without any warning

Now without the account I spent years in playing along the items I got from events. Very stressful some of them pulled countless nights to get

And saying cannot remove the penalties applied even if I inquired again.

Just ANSWER THIS.

i guess you can.
you just can't use the same email again for registering your new account.

 

I had done some research and the result is that those who did make a new account still got their account penalized or suspended

 

ah, i see. it wasn't mentioned in the penalty policy but there's this line in the ToS: "You may not re-register an account while being suspended due to violating the EULA ."

Does that mean as long as a new email and account is used is it possible to play again. Or you can ask the to delete your old account.
though, based on some searches even you asked for deletion of account you would still be unable to use your account anymore.

 

each email can only be used once to register an account. even if the account is deleted the same email cannot be used again.

since they don't allow to register a new account while your previous account is suspended, i guess they check your device id and ip adress.

using a different device or changing your ip adress should be safe.
better remove all app data (or even a factory reset) to clear any potential trackers they might have on you.
