I banned unknow reason 800m spina cost

Hello im ✰yuuto✰ and i was suspended without a reason - sorry for my english.

Is a huge impact that cost about 800m, 400m and spina the rest is my item.

My activities that may cause suspended:

- Using emulator (NOX) my phone broke but i want to play i know alot people using emulator for years they ve no prob.
+ No illegal action no illegal apps,... full normal activities same on moblie.

- Multi IP (I use VPN on my pc for better performance) Toram have a feature about this to verify IP so i dont think is a prob.

- No involved to any party, player, ip that using illegal.

- Multi dev - I change the emulator alot to get the best settings or sometimes i use my friend phone to login the game.

- My last trading is game that i can remember is alot equip cost 50m I've to trade twice, the first one my trader put 50m spina i put 4 slot item, need to take a second trade to finish the trade but i cant remember my trader put anything or not because im rushing for dinner, after dinner i cameback and my acc alrdy suspended, so think maybe the prob? The game maybe detected that im real money trade?


Any help or advice to solve the problem? How can i reach the GM?

 

Ive contact them with my Inquiry ID and receive an auto-mail without any other reply, ive research on google about other player with the same conditions like me and is seems no hope.

Can i do anything im really sad now? Do the GM care about player? The game full with bots cause sever lag n they cant never fix is and chose to ban the player like me, how can i continue with this huge impact.

 

I just dont get it, not even a warning penalty lvl 7 alrdy?

Just follow the rules next time and avoid engaging in activities that can get you banned. ^_^

 

and what i banned for? is not even about the trade, banning a player and they have to mail them not for solve but for finding reason, not even reply zzz

 

isn't that high amount of spina trading and your login method already make your activity more suspicious?

 

50m trade is high? .-. i always buying 100m+ item and even is "suspicious" but like srsly? penalty lvl 7 ban without reply, is so unfair, and my login method is still fine for 2 month so is may not the prob

 

Toram failed to inform you that they will not be entertaining your query after you've been banned.

They prolly traced where you got all those spinas, that enables you to activities such as "always buying 100m+ item". ^_^
