I can't add any Spina to guild for shops so how do I do it?

I'm back after a long time and I'm trying to add Spina to guild maid for a shop but it's not working. I've been made VM of guild and still can't add any spina. Can't find a video explaining about that only other features it offers.

 

Max value guild maid can hold is 100k. If you're trying to add a value that will exceed 100k the game disables the option.

 

Maybe it's a bug then cuz there's not any contributed yet and I even tried 100k to see and still didn't work. It brings up a window like it wants me to select something but it's empty.

 

Is your guild level 15 or above?

 

Ok yeah so it was still 14 earlier I guess but I went back and it's 15 now so its working. My bad I didn't know it had to be 15 lvl
