I cant Purchase the Subscription

Well i want to purchase the 30 Days subscription via Load, and it says my Load is insufficient, the subscription is P214 Philippine Load Currency and my Load is P246, If its Insufficient then how much Tax will it Cost?

 

Maybe it has to do with minimum balance you need to have in bank saving account? Like in malaysia the minimum balance in saving account need to be RM 20, so RM 28 in your saving account wont let you buy ticket of about RM 12.

 

i guess so, hmmm like my Load is RM 21 and the subscription cost RM 18 here, i tried converting it, i will try to load another 100=RM 8, thank you

 

strange, it sufficient cause when I try to calculate and include the 12% VAT is should be only cost P239.68. Did globe and smart change their terms in mobile payment?

 

i got the subscription and it Cost like 246 or 249 when the price is 214

 

I see. Its been a long time since I ever used load as an method of payment. I no longer use it as services like Paymaya can cut the additional charges cause it acts like a debit card.

 

i havent tried using debit card for mobile
