I hate being pt leader

It's always
"Hurry up find someone you're too slow" over and over.
Like that's what I'm doing looking for someone.
"(Ign) find someone hurry up".
I never wanna be pt leader
If I'm so slow why don't you be pt leader? Oh yeah thats right they never want to be.

 

Just be strict and kick them All this time I have always endured annoying party members but lately I just started kicking them and I have a way better experience since then

 

Some people in this game have no patience. The people that rush the lead are probably the same people that kick when someone goes inactive for a few seconds while farming. A while back, you also could see people take 10 minutes to kick someone when they disconnected, but now some people do it instantly.

 

The thing is mostly leechers are the ones who does that. Luckily, i'm a nice person still manage to carry those stupid leechers who only contributes bad proration. But sometimes it's good to be a leader too because you can get the specific member you want proration and damage wise but ngl finding tank is a pain. *sigh*

 

one time someone was begging for lead, so i thought "why not". but then he took quite a long time to call a mercenary only to be forced by use to kick it because more people looking for a party showed up.
even after that he handled everything super slow.

never give away the lead. no mercenary is worth it.
and if the others complain to add more people, even when there is no one else on that map, just kick them. you have the power.

 

Rule of thumb.... too hurry and ignoring instructions kick, dc often show some patience and eventually kick when dc is over a set time (I use 2mins). Pretending to be tank but can’t hold aggro insta kick. Trying to dictate the teams functions in direct opposition to your own 1/2 warnings then kick . Gone for food buff and taking 5mins kick . Gone for eh and taking 5mins in town kick . Does no damage but ruins proration 1 warning then kick .

Thiis may seem harsh but honestly I have more patience with ppl when I mob farm than when I level or boss farm. Those precious scenarios are based on my experience with players....too many times they go for buff or items and eventually leave the party. Most of those hurry players aren’t event worth their spot in a party so honestly I rather get rid of them anyways. As lead you have the power and if a player don’t like it then they should leave, not to mention some of those said players don’t what lead .

 

I like to be pt lead so i can kick or inv people i want instead of having to find another pt. I had an incident before where someone told me i was too slow and not inv ppl. (Dude i did click on inv but that person got a pt already) anyway he left the party and inv 2 more people to join and he still shouting for pt. KRAMA!!

Sometime i hate benig lead just coz i dont wanna kick ppl just because they have low damage but somehow some dps can deal as much damage as a tank in our team.

 

if the party members are impatient and keeps on rushing me i just disband the freaking party. Grinding bosses is already stressful dont want to do it with those bad attitudes.

 

people who repass pt lead instanly without any reason mostly i kick them if i can easily invite other ppl

 

This happened on a Venena Run once with my friend. He and I were im different parties and allied.
After a 5-6 successful runs. His Current Lead Party passes lead role to him without thinking and leaves party to go Frenzy Viola.

My friend: My level too low
*he sees party member that meets level criteria, passes lead*
New Lead: passes lead to the other member
New New Lead: passes lead to the next member
New New New Lead: passes lead to my friend
My friend explains again why he can't lead and everyone in his party leaves, despite having ally. We were having good runs too.
The leader role must have stressed them lol.

i was just arrive at venena and everyone just spam lfp like idiot there so i make party, i invited them and soon party full but i cant start the battle because of my level so i ask, anyone can lead please? i ask that several times (they are all high lvl player) i had bad experience giving lead to someone without asking and they just disband the party that i gather so hard, so i ask but no one answering, ok i wait and then few minutes later everyone just left, shouting my name and saying that im idiot and no one should party with me at that time i just wtf.. they start bombarding lfp again and i invite them, then i just kick them immediately... idk but i feel good
