I have got level 7 penalty and don't know why.

I was refining my shield and just success +A when the game suddenly stop working. When I opened the game again I saw a panel with the words "Account suspended. You cannot use this account anymore"
So I reported to ASOBIMO via Toram online website. And they send me this.

ASOBIMO and third parties or the operation of Application.

- Level 7: Permanent suspension of application usage.

I don't know what have I done wrong since I have never use any hacking program or do something strange with the game.

But I found something strange. The last three day of playing, I was leveling at Venena. I hardly got the boss crysta(xtal) but now I got 1 Venena crysta 3 days in a row. I was surprised and think that I was lucky but Toram Online Customer Support send that they made a penalty on me. So I am wonder how can I got this penalty without knowing what I have done wrong.

Please comment down some possible ways you think it can be because I have no idea. Thank you.

Maybe some third party app is causing toram to accuse use of illegal programs, even if it isn't meant for such purpose

where you download the toram online app/apk from?

 

Same stuff happened to me butt mines only restricted the trading system so i cant use cb or accepting gift. I've been at venena too before realising i got this sudden ban hmm

 

Somewhere down the line, something must have happen, thus the ban/restrictions. ^_^

 

My friend managed to get back his banned account with the help of a programmer apparently
