I need some help

I've played toram for half a year now, and I'm embarrassed to say that my highest lv chara is only lv56

Its Mage, and I don't see its usefulness anymore in any of the new missions (I'm stuck on roga). So I wanted to change to a different main class. I've got like 7 others to pick from to focus on getting up to lv 60 at least. I'll give more details if anyone is interested.

Oh and btw, bnuts are outta the question

Yeah...the Mage wasn't supposed to be my main. And in don't rly have fun with them

 

then pick something that is fun, but don't delete your mage, you might need it later.

 

Wat r u lookin for? Speed?atk?survivability??

 

In the beginning, yes, it was better than my original archer at taking out low-lv bosses, but as time went on, I don't feel that I can use it and have fun anymore

no no I'm not deleting it, I just hav 7 other low lv charas that I honestly have more fun with

 

You can try dw if fun is what you are looking for

 

I've got 2 types of tanks, an archer, a brawler, 1h dps, 2h alch

 

Mages is best for starter imo, good aoe good mob farming capability. But before making any classes, reach lv70 for lv3 skills first it rly helps

So..erhm, I can't check the precise lvs, skills, and stats but this is the general idea

~27 infinite mana archer (wip of course)
~30 2h sword/low lv equip synth alch
~31 1h sw pure vit forcefield tank
~27 knock evade tank (wip of course)
~8 blaster brawler (wip duh)
~31 dw
~9 1h dps

 

If you are mage, farm bnut is easy

 

I can help you with roga, I would love to. Also, I reccommend making a mage to farm, and a sniper as a main ( I love archer )

But you should play what you like the most do you want to heal/protect? Have fun? Attack? Break? AOE? You don't have to be the strongest class in the game to enjoy your gameplay. For me I just like to have fun with friends

At level 70 mage gets a storm skill with nice AOE and is wanted by many in places like nisel to farm lvl 70 is pretty nice so wait until 70 and if you are still bored of mage you can switch or you can simply spent orbs on 7 Character slots so you can have fun testing characters with fun skill builds

 

Ive already bought the chara slots, like a long time ago. I just wanna change cause I don't have the patience and time to farm stuff like bnuts and mhearts

i don't enjoy the standing around and casting long af combos. Plus, my combos attract a lot of agro so I end up tanking anyways

 

try my Ninja Magician
i have short combos and i don't get aggro.
and instead of just casting spells all the time, i also run around, throw knives and hit hard with my staff.

My characters consist of:
- 1H aggro taker (my main, i love personal time with bosses)
- Guardian 1H (hidden char for some cases)
- MDev mage with breaker skills (for farming mats and supporting my main in spina making as i always use 1H in bosses)
- Dex BS to support my main weaponry
- Tech BS to support my main refining, alchemy, and upgrading stats
- Test Char 1
- Test Char 2

Erhm.. What do u mean by hidden char?

 

Its my hidden project based on my tests result as I love playing by finding more, not by farming more. Everyone is different and unique, if u r not a hardcore player, dont play like them, just do what u think u will enjoy more.
Im a personal, straightforward person, so I chose 1H as it's a shield for the party. And EVERY char slot I have, used for the strengthening of my 1H.
If u wanna casual play, just make 2 or 3 type of char, and then make bs for process ur stuff and making potions and selling potions. That way u can keep playing and enjoying more. Hope it helps
Ohh and i suggest making your own build that really suits ur style. So that u can play it the way u wanted, if u r happy with that, just ignore the others bad comments. We play game not to be stressed, but to feel happy during free time.
