I've been playing toram since soon after its original release on mobile. I'm on my 3rd account right now, and level 140. I've stuck to playing a mage/healer throughout my time playing the game. But I have never once met another healer in game! I'm aware the game has healing items available, and enough that having a healer in a party isn't necessary. The healing mechanics are a bit flawed lol, usually breaking a lot, but I've done my best to get around glitches. I'm pretty happy where I'm at! Healing myself instead of using items has for sure come in handy, but oh my god it is lonely. Some skills I have is so much better suited for a duo/party, and it sucks I haven't been able to put them to use or even test them out properly.

I am super interested in meeting another healer at any level, though especially one who's unlocked tier 4! If anyone out there is a healer who's interested in continuing the main storyline as a duo, farming bosses/mobs, or simply just having a chat I would literally be over the moon to meet you. I'm also wondering if there is a better way to meet people? I'm not in a guild, though by now I probably should be, but I just don't know which one to join. I'd also just generally be interested in joining a party. I mostly farm the minotaur for its skin since it sells well. I'm for sure open to helping farm other bosses as well though. :D

That is because Healing only, by itself is seen as unnecessary here outside of raids. You see, everyone can Heal on their own even without consumables because some skills have attached HP recovery effect or because the combo tag *Bloodsucker* boosts damage and heals the user when used.

You could pair healing with tons of buffs which would make you an invaluable asset for guild raids.

Examples would be Magic Device support and Knuckle-magic device support. KMD supports offer immense MP recovery. Magic Device main supports are like buff steroids that can instantly ressurect everyone in range.

    Same unironically.
Before I seriously got into Toram, my main was usually a healer or tank in other MMOs.
But with the current meta afaik, it doesn't seem to be needed.

The closest I got to feeling like a healer was soloing with a partner, mercenary, & pet due to Resurrection.
This skill helped ALOT for me personally.

One major problem with mercenaries is that they try to facetank every AoE, & can't substitute good players.
So they die easily, and First Aid paired with Heal get more tedious the more you use it.

A tank/dps pet will be good. Hmm, Steady Nature so it could avoid many types of attack, Rage Attack so it could generate aggro, Absorb MP so it could continuously use skill, Absorb HP to recover HP every attack. This would require at least one fusion which could take some time.

The problem is Absorb HP will only get to shine if the pet is not with full party because of attack nerf, or if the pet has 9k+ fusion to nullify the nerf. Royal Heal works on players, mercs, and pet, so you could actually skip Pet Heal, and Aura buffs work on pets as well.

Healers aren't really necessary and in the eyes of most players they are a burden. Fast kill is the priority in most cases and some builds need low HP to do well
