I'm stuck in the "waiting" screen while trying to do my quest. Please help!

Hi everyone, I hope y'all are having a nice day. I want to talk about the problem I'm having, and I hope to find some help with it. As you can see, my quest is defeating the Flare Volg. But whenever I try to start the battle, it is not letting me enter the fight; instead, it is making me wait for a long time. I reopened the game multiple times, but the result is the same. My internet connection is also fine; there is no problem with it. What can I do? Is there anyone out there who is having the same problem? Thank you.

 

That's not where you fight Flare Volg. Go one map ahead.

 

It's making u wait because ure in a party. U have to leave the party or be the party leader to start the boss battles.
