Dragons and Sky my answer to ur question are u can refine equipments at blacksmith but be careful there's a risk if u refine it too many times it will broke and ur equipment will disappear. That's what happen to my minotaur staff. Also you can get good equipment from drops especially from bosses. You might ask about the ORE when u click Refine Equipment you can get those mentor from Eiree Crystal Boss the mentle is called hematite and also if u want mentor that gives u less rick for equipment to break toucan get it from Tortuga (a boss in Icule Lake) they are called Damascus Ore.
