International/English servers unfairness?

Hello

Yesterday me and my friend were playing, and i wanted to get a MP+150, Note that my friend has access to the english world but not me.
When checking the consigment board we noticed that my friend had access to more items than me when selecting the "all users",
For example he could see MP+150 xtals being sold for 11,111 spinas while it was completely invisible for me no matter which search settings i used.

we tried with multiple random items from the consignment board and he always had few extra offers than me when checking the "all users".

Could it be that players who have access to the english world also have access to the english world consigmenet board when looking for "All users" ?

If so i think this create an unfairness since players like me who were unfortunate enough to not set their language to "english" in their phones before starting to play
can't have access to the same items as the others.

Or was it just a bug?

Please enlighten me, i only started to play few days ago and their might be things i'm not aware of, Thank you in advance

 

This is a bug. Even if you are in international channel or English it will always show the same items.
