Is ENG server dead? :(

I just came back from like a 30 month hiatus, and it feels so empty compared to what it used to be... I feel like there's half as many channels and Sofya chat moves so slowly

I prefer playing with other English-speaking players because I feel like I can connect with them better when there isn't a language barrier

(btw random quick newbie questions from someone who forgot everything)

• Can I buy EXP with spina to level up somehow? Im at 150 and want to go at least to 180, I have spina to afford unless it's ridiculous
• Why do I have 200 orbs on all my accounts?

 

1. Yes, but NC/PC/Lapin's Soul and do their quests. There are some calculators out there to check how many of each you'll need to reach your desired level. IMO, it's silly, because it takes 1-2 days to reach 180 fighting Venena.

2. Compensation due rollback from 1-2 years ago.

 

I'm honestly pretty shocked it's that short, does this event boss give extra EXP or something?

I'm completely, completely out of the loop, can you explain what NC/PC stand for again? And which do you think is the cheapest?

Yeah I'm finding more about the compensation thing on Google, and wow... idk what to say

 

NC = Nightmare Crystal, PC = Parasite Crystal. Both quests taken from NPC: Lefina. Idk for sure, but lapin soul is probably cheapest now. You can take its quest from NPC at garden of beginning.

Venena is MQ boss. It gives high xp and it's raid boss (2 parties fight it at once, so it's pretty fast fight)

 

After five year, I'd say the game is starting to feel dated. A lot of English players have left for other games, or as guilds break down they struggled to find another.

But my personal frustrations came from botting and modders who undermined the efforts of legitimate players. I barely play, I'll literally check out new updates, but that's it.

 

Ah, you might be able to Level up via Main quest if you have unfinished chapters.

Get some friends or some Mercenaries (those are now improved) and use them to help you finish the latest updates. Chapter 10 coming out late October.

Also, spend those orbs wisely. I keep seeing you veterans flexing your 17 character slots and lots of Storage space.

Storage and Character slots is the best investment to do. It cost a lot of orbs and you are given the chance to increase this for free from the 200 orbs. Piercers can be obtained anytime thru spina.

 

Increasing character slots also increase mat limit, as well as the number of times you can do free reset during reset events. You don't need to create from the slots, you just need to have em.

I've been playing toram for nearly 3 years and ENG channel has always been dead (apart from random raging teens in rakau) it is really not recent when it comes about ENG world. Like everything else, people get bored, move to other games and etc. I really suggest you finding an int guild in int1, there are plenty

 

To be fair to you, Brahmnic, I see nothing wrong with how you’ve phrased your previous post. You could argue that you can’t obtain avatars or special items (such as revive droplets, life potions, Book of Oblivion, etc) via any other means besides orbs (and I don't believe either is a terrible use of orbs; simply not the most optimal according to popular opinion).

 

Avatar Tickets used on Banners that are not 100% Avatar Drop have a chance to pay out useful stuff like Life/Mana Potion, Revive Drop, Books, etc. as well, but no one uses it for that……

But yeap, Character Slots and Sololo Storage are undeniably the best use for Orbs. If maxed out, there's also the option to increase Bag space permanently. It eats up lots of Orbs though, so see if you can afford it before upgrading.

Another option is to buy Reset Book and/or Book of Oblivion when there's a sale. Self-explanatory. Also, it's fun to roll the Item Gacha once in a while. Best Value is usually on days when they have Slot 2 Piercers, especially Legendary Needle. 15 Orbs for the first 11-Roll. Simple reason: it's basically the lottery; you might not win most of the time, but if you're lucky……

Eng Server Sofya is dead atm. Need to be xmas before people start rolling in. I think there are more people in Hora and El Scaro than Sofya if we are talking about Eng server. And this is me not counting in the spammers.

 

Tbh the only reason I play now is to see the main quest.
