   I haven't actually used one in a build before, but by doing dome calculations I determined that is is a good weapon, but not the best. The major advantage that a hell reaper would give you is -40% aggro, but if you have no aggro problems, then it would be best to stick with player-made equipment or whatever else you like to use.
