Issues on logging in

dunno if this still the right place to post this but it might helpful to someone having log in issues.

this really took some on my time before i can manage to solve it

Story :
I was planning to check my other account so i decided to log off my main account and log in using the other account but somehow unable to log in due to incorrect inputs. trying to reset password to try if i did not mess up and found out it cant connect to server to initiate the reset(the game is able to load, how is that so?).

The solution:
for some weird reason, after attempting multiple times to log in, using VPN(primarily japan public VPN) actually lets me to log in but unable to without using it.

Conclusion:
somehow i think the global data center is out at the moment as of this writing.

 

@-@ the login page will keep getting down when you give wrong inputs... just press back button once or relog after pressing the force put button... do that every time when you make a mistake in putting email add or password... ^-^ you won't be able to login in page in the down even with right info's .... just press back once and then retry

 

i see, ill try it again without VPN with that method.

 

still can't log in without VPN using the method. My net it quite poor at the moment as well maybe it also the factor why i cant log in without a use of a VPN. Guess ill have to turn on VPN when im changing accounts.
