@Toyhamme isn't the armor less than 25k? If so then you should be able to do it with a failed garb

 

BTW, i can provide MATS, if it can lower the price.

 

@Squid this is not a failed armor lol. So first Strenght only goes up to 4%. So I can do Str 4%, Crit 6, and I will need to do some negative attribute (most likely accuracy or peirce). I need to check what I have in my inventory but I should have a 32+ armor slotted.
Price will be between 200k-250k.

Also if you want to provide mats I need enough to make 20 P.arms, and I will then upgrade it afterwords for 30k. Choice is yours.
