Just a question for an old, returning player

Mk, so. To start it off - I'm weak. I have one account (with a name that eludes me, it's a Japanese name) with the main character being level 139 2H. They're more of a rare class in my opinion, utilizing the magic warrior setup (I was there for the event.) Beforehand, I was a mage, and a pretty powerful one at that! But when magic warrior was released, I switched knowing how powerful it can be (I saw someone beat Hard Venena rather quickly with it.) During my mage days, I had decent DPS and could hold my own against most bosses under level 140 - but now that I switched.. my max output is roughly 50,000 with my strongest skill, while also dealing with the inability to tank (2.5K health.) So, my question is more of a plead of help - is there any suggestions on how to get my level higher now that I'm insanely weak?

P.S. The reason I don't want to switch classes is because losing my magic warrior skills would be depressing, and I'm dirt poor.

 

Go read the many new player/newbie guides here in the forums, it's always the same, finish MQ, make luk farmer for farming stable spina income, buy better equipment, etc. People also already post numerous guides on youtube, for farming spina, making high damage builds, etc. go watch them.

First, complete mq, that will lvl you up (starting from 0 to recent takes u at 147+)
At 150, u will unlock 4th tier skills, those are pretty awesome,
From 150-199 lvl at venena
199-202 Seele
202-210 finstern.
For equips?
Why not farm mini boss Carbuncle (183) for its 2h Carbuncle edge (provides +75 crit, with base it gives u 100% crit)
For arm? Farm seele, it's an all rounder arm, gives you 4k hp, 400 mp, atk n matk %6,
For add u can choose any u want
For ring? Machina ring works with any 2 xtals of ur choice in em

You can try to get yourself some food HP buff first and also there is HP pot. Personally I would say spare the MQ no further than venena part, then you at least should be able to join random team for Builder Golem/Odelon then get yourself leveling at venena. Switch back to MQ once you reach 177-ish then back to MQ until 182-183. Then venena ulti all the way to 200.
Leeching is the best there is I can suggest for you.
Alternatively you can also get another character as storm farmer and do "Free from Infester" quest then go Dark Castle: Area 2. There plenty people there lfp k(knight) and f(fighter) so you can leveling your highest level char to 200. Kinda slower, but steady.
Pretty much once u reach 200-210, you should be able to buy essential skills for most build. From there keep your highest character and create new one for main DPS as you like. The current 2H can be changed to Blacksmith later on when there is free reset.

 

You can start doing venena normal even from level 142 rn. The exp boost is changed to 9 lvl around the monster. So if you can get lvl 147 from mq alone, it will be easy enough.
