    Its more for the ampr rather than the aspd. New anniv Katana have decent crit, unsheathe% and physical pierce% with much higher base attack so I think Modestia is pretty outdated as far as damage concerned. The new xtals have extra ampr on them, like canemofish and patissia if you need the ampr.
