Leveling to 150 for the first time but got stuck

hello everyone,
I recently joined the game again after a few years of inactivity, but I never even reached level 150. So I am currently on the grind to level 150 through all possible means (mq, farming mobs and bosses) but I got stuck right at level 149.
The main quest "the battle to recapture Eldenbaum" is way to hard for a first timer without tier 4 skills. until now I was able to go through the mq with relative ease because of mercanaries in my guild but in this particular mq they dont help as much as before. Ive then tried getting the last level through grinding mobs or bosses, but all mobs give such a little amount of exp that I thought that there has to be a better way. on the other hand the bosses give too little exp when I challenge the ones I can with my tier 3 skills but the ones recommanded in all the videos and so on are way to hard for a first timer without tier 4 skills so i end up fighting 2 minutes against a boss 10-20 levels lower than me and get about 1000 exp...
How should I level up from now on without tier 4 skills and after getting them.

You could try farming Nightmare xtals to lvl up the chunk u lack to reach 150 also getting new equipment would surely work too.

You could also go to Commander Golem or Odelon Machina, sometimes players allow T3 skill players to leech a little.

Memecoleus farm... if u can becuz there is never party there.
Bubble angel is a good place maybe they will allow you but Ive found a good quantity of people at SDM

I`ve somehow reached level 150 through leeching, side quests and bubble angels

It would be possible if you do a side quest, which makes it easier if the level req is close to your level gap.
