power leveling 1-150 without NC for tank/dps players
For 1h/2h/Dual users: better if you use tempest, lvl by killing mobs, then switch to boss after done lvl 43
For bow/bowgun users:leveling at mobs by arrow arrow. Switch to boss once you're at Roga route.
For Staff. Magic device users: lvl at mobs by storam until their max level, then switch to boss.
For knuckle users: you totally depend on lvl at boss. A party is recommended if you're a tanking type.
For halberd users: same as knuckle, totally depend on boss if you don't habe dive impact.
For katana user: lvl at mob until lvl 43 by hasso happa. The rest of the route, you totally depend on boss.

lvl 1-43: shell mask at nisel mountain. (bitter nut for "overlook snack" quest. nisel wood for "timber shortage" quest.)
You can ask friends, guildmates, or players to help you lvl up. Collect Bitter Nut and Nisel Woods to complete "The Overlook Snack" and "Timber Shortage" quest. They will speed up your leveling progress by 18k and 10k exp.

lvl 43-53: Bone Dragonewth at Ancient Empress's Tomb Area 3.
Other option1: lvl 43-47: Mochelo at Fiery Volcano Area 3.
Option 2: lvl 47-53: Flare Volg at Fiery Volcano: Deepest Part.

lvl 53-57: Golden Skeleton at Zoktzda Ruin Area 1
option 1: lvl 53-60: Parasitized Dog at Lost Town Square. Need 99 pc of parasitise crystal for Lefina's "Risk Gamble" quest.

However, to maximize the exp to obtained, you need to full-break the boss.
note: I got question from many Toramers: What does "full break" (aka "fb") means? "Full Break" will be activated ince you're done tapping all "break" parts on the boss's body. The more part you break, the more rare drop and bonus exp you will get after killing boss.

lvl 66-74: Outerworld Wolf at Gate to Another World: Area 1 and 2.
From now if you're soloing, we recommend you having good mercenaries.
Options: lvl 67-74: Big Mask at Haotas Ravine.

lvl 74-77: Nurethoth at Gate to Another World: Front.
Option: lvl 75-78 Targa at Abyss no Return.

lvl 77-82: Fronti at Fort Solfini: wall.
Option 1: lvl 77-78: keep on lvling, Nurethoth at Gate to Another World: Front.
Option 2: lvl 78-82: Warmonger (nightmare mode) at Hoatas Ravine deepest part.

lvl 81-84: Skeleton at Fort Solfini: Wall
Option 1: lvl 81-84: Metal Stinger at Akaku Desert.
Option 2: lvl 81-84: Corroded Fighter at Spring of Rebirth Area 1.

lvl 84-87: Scrader at Magic Waster Side: Deepest part.
Option: lvl 84-87: Finpen at Spring of Rebirth: Area 3.

lvl 86-92: Granny at Abyss no Return

lvl 92-95: Inzanio at Fort Solfini: Roof.
Options: lvl 92-95: Corroded Brawler at Dark Manor: Area 2.

lvl 95-100: Cerberus at Spring of Rebirth: Top.
Option 1: lvl 95-100: Baby Salamander at Blazing Graben: Surface.
Option 2: lvl 95-100: Manticore at Dark Castle: Area 1.

lvl 100-106: Don Yeti at Polde Ice Valley.

lvl 106-110: Rugos Demi Machina at Small Demi Machina Factory: Area 3.
Option 1: lvl 106-110: Cerbeus (Hard Mode).
Option 2: lvl 106-110: Iconos at Artillery Defense Line.

lvl 110-115: Ifrid at Blazing Graben: Deepest.
note: From now, it's very to level up by mob so farming boss/mini boss is better than farming mob.
option: 110-115: Ledon Machina at Large Demi Machina Area 2

lvl 115-120: York at Huge Crysta Factory: Storage.
note: There is video about full break guide onto hard bosses and max your exp, you can check out at description.

lvl 120-122: Tyrant Machina at Small Demi Machina Factory Core.

lvl 122-127: Lapin the Necromancer at Trace of Dark River.

lvl 127-130: York (hard mode) at Huge Crysta Factory: Storage.
Option: lvl 127-130: Lalvada at Monster Forest.
note: The reason I don't prefer Lalvada is because she's the moving-type boss, so it is very slow to full-break her.
During the event, there was a massive luck for us: Candela in soda mode gives us 1.6 mill exp at lvl 130 if you did a full-break.
When the event ends, we have to go back to:
lvl 130-134: Salamander at Blazing Graben: Surface.
lvl 134-136 Evil Magic Sword at Singalore Ruin Area 2 or lvl 134-136 Salamander at Blazing Graben: Surface.

lvl 136-140: Builder Golem at Huge Crsta Factory Area 3.

lvl 140-144: Dusk Machina at Small Demi Machina Facory Area 2.

And the last route: lvl 144-150: Odelon Machina at Large Demi Machina Factory Area 2
Options: lvl 148-150: Super Death Mushroom at Monster Forest.

my advice: use book(s) that has exp so you can level up faster. Use it when you're fighting boss or mini boss.

How many hours did it take for one character to cap?

 

it depends on many aspect like whether you use an exp book or no, did you walk or use orb to teleport to that place

 

I just need a rough estimation without books.

hey i would like to say thank you very much. I came back after 2 years of not playing and was lvl 70 on my main and i found that your guide was the best guide out there and greatly helped me hit the lvl 150 cap thank you so much!!!
