    You refers the drop version of loght element? Then you already missed it. Hanami event last month is the event that drop light element staff. As for others staff, you can buy it from another player in game with light element stats on it

    lolipop staff -halloween event
    bloom of peace - granny from abyss of no return area3
    or u can also get player crafted light ele staff
