Logging in after long break... unable to login?

    So I played for two years straight but then I stopped, now I am stuck I have no idea why i can't reset the password it gives code 036.

    I can't figure out what is wrong, I used the same email account as I use here so where is the problem... Anyone would know ?

    Its been almost 2 years since my last login, any help would be appreciated.

    I tried uppercase etc for the email as reset, no luck.
