Login Failed Unable to Continue from CH

    Hi, I am actually a newbie and been leveling my character for weeks now which is already 110. Then all of the sudden this notice comes up when I tried to play the game.

    Tried all of channel and yet it keeps appearing the same either full channel or unavailable please wait later. So I tried every possible to solve it. By clearing the cache, clear the data of the game and start fresh, create a new account then switch to my main one, uninstall and install the game, waited a day still the same and keep pressing all of the channels (light, medium and heavy) all of them for hours. I wish some help regarding on this situation since majority says it is a bug or bots regarding on my account when I know it isn't supposed to be that way. Can you please help me with this?

    that's a server problem, nothing you can do about it.
    just try again at a different time of day.

    This issue you can just get through with luck, actually. just keep restarting the app and you can get in. No need to change worlds as suggested by the pop-up message. Unless you are logging into Int 1 and global world 1, ofc. Those places are too high traffic. =m=

    My advice is that once you do get in, make sure to be on a relatively empty map (like the guild bar, your/your friend's land, Mubia's synthesis shop, Dark Manor, or Cuervo Jail) once you close Toram. It's easier to get in from a map that isn't constantly getting spammed with messages.

    Im having the same problem tbf, ive tried everything and every single day its the same pop up and same problem ;-;

    Yeah dude, I've been having this problem for two days, I've tried everything, now I contacted the game support and now I have to wait based on the Japanese time zone for them to answer me to see if they can solve this problem of ours, if I can do it I post here to help other players who suffer from the same bug, praise for us.

    Ok, I discovered the problem, for some reason, when the IP configuration of WIFI is in "DHCP" mode (the most secure), the game will not log in, but if you change the IP configuration to "static" (the less secure) the game can log in, so I recommend to anyone who is suffering from this problem to use the static option for when to play Toram and when doing something else go back to DHCP configuration, when they launched a new update test the DHCP configuration to see if they have already solved the problem, but for now it is to do this to play normally.
