Login Restriction

    Good day!

    So I tried logging in today but when I logged in, it said that my account was restricted. Unfortunately I don't know the reason. It said that a notification mail about the login restriction will be sent to my email address that I used for my ASOBIMO account but I still haven't received anything. What should I do about this? Should I try contacting support team?

    P.S: My account is binded to Steam, if that matters.

    This, i happened to face the same problem, you just need to open ur mail to see message sent by aso, click the link and just return to login.
    If you cant find it, try to look at spam message there.
    Just to add another problem that i need to solve it.
    My acc somehow got replaced by unkown character, which supposed to be high leveled one and almost full char slot, yet it's somehow got replaced by lousy lv5 character with nothing beside 800k spinas there.
    Sadly enough, after complaining this matter to aso i got no respond at all, 3 days already passed since then.
