Login Restriction

I can't log into my account anymore, because my account is restricted and I don't understand why, I don't use anything illegal and I don't break any rules of the game.
If it's something I do and literally use Alt + Enter to make it full screen, but I don't know if that's considered a bad thing, anyway, I can't log into my account anymore, could someone explain to me why? Or is there any way to reverse this?

 

generally, bans are permanent and there are various reasons for getting them.
there are a few exceptions where players got unbanned because they were mistakenly targeted by the security system. if you really didn't do anything that might go against the ToS, you can try to contact the customer support.
