lost my minstrel book[SOLVED]

    is there a requirements for using the [book of minstrel]?
    i bought 1 BOM then used it like any other items
    it disappeared in my inventory but there is no minstrel skill on my skill list.
    are there other ways to use BOM or I just encountered a bug?
    thanks for any answers in advance...

    EDIT: i think it's just a bug, i opened the game today and my BOM returned to invetory, used it and i have minstrel skill now.
