Lots of issues with my charters and missing account

    I don’t know about anyone eles (in theUSA)).for some reason everytime I try to lv up my charter ,I always fall way short of lv 150 .what I mean is no matter how I do it, do all quest or a mix of power leveling .(bosses & mobs). this last time when I got to the last boss in chapter 7 (Venena) I was only at lv 112 I know there’s something fishy going on when it just keeps happening. I know they don’t like us in the usa but it don’t give them the right to be f@@@@@g with our character.and now for #2 i made a new account on my new iPad to make a merge and now when i tryed getting on it’s gone missing.I know the email I used too i had my main character trade some of my best gear and weapons to the new character (by the way I spent a lot of real money to get the better gear for my characters ) and this is how iam treated just because they don’t like us that is the biggest full of you know what I just wat to play like everyone eles and I always mind my own business

    Oh I also forgot it been skipping quests on me too thats right it’s skipping quests next i be like on chapter 6 and before I know it I was at last boss of chapter 7 another big issue too

    regarding skipping quests: it is now possible to abandon the main quest. if you do, you will not get the rewards and you cannot resume the quest.
    story progression will update to the latest chapter on that account.

    if you are unable to recover your account data yourself, you can contact the customer support. they could trace your account based on your purchase history.
