   if i want to refine equipment from B to S using luck blacksmith, do i need all the refine skills (30 skill points) or do i just need the first at level 1?
   
   also, same thing if from B to S, do i need high quality ore or i can just use hematite?

   Just the first at lvl 1. All ores have same chance (1%) from B to S.
