Hello, welcome to my thread, this is a build that I've been experimenting with and so far, I'm pretty satisfied with what it could do that I deleted both of my LUK mage and LUK halberdier characters (this is a personal preference, this does not mean this build is stronger or better than any other build). Let's jump straight to the introduction of this build.
    Introduction
This is build is a flexible and versatile type of build that enables you to grind at many farming spots in this game, unlike LUK mages, who can barely farm at farming spots in the late game, or LUK halberdiers, who will get constant discrimination at low level mobs farming spots like Pova, Nightmare Roar, Nemico, and/or Jelly, etc because they cannot use Storm and Blizzard for an efficient farming, this LUK magic knight (one-handed sword as main weapon and magic device as sub weapon) will solve all those problems, it's a combination of ̶b̶o̶t̶h̶ ̶L̶U̶K̶ ̶m̶a̶g̶e̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶L̶U̶K̶ ̶h̶a̶l̶b̶e̶r̶d̶i̶e̶r̶ ̶(̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶m̶a̶y̶b̶e̶ ̶L̶U̶K̶ ̶a̶r̶c̶h̶e̶r̶s̶ ̶w̶i̶t̶h̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶i̶r̶ ̶s̶u̶n̶r̶i̶s̶e̶ ̶a̶r̶r̶o̶w̶ ̶t̶o̶o̶ ̶i̶f̶ ̶y̶o̶u̶ ̶c̶o̶n̶s̶i̶d̶e̶r̶ ̶i̶t̶ ̶a̶ ̶t̶h̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶f̶o̶r̶ ̶f̶a̶r̶m̶i̶n̶g̶)̶.̶ all 3 LUK mage, LUK halberdier, and LUK archer farmer (optional-as an extended part of this build, which you will need a bowgun for that)
    Pros:
    • Saves 1 character slot (possibly 2)
    • Saves leveling efforts
    • Saves spina for equipments (magic focused equipments for LUK mage and physical focused equipments for LUK halberdier). 1h sword is also a weapon that is shared between many classes like Dual Wielder, semi dps tank paladin, sword fu, 1h dagger assasin, so you can just focus on getting one strong sword and you get many advantages for other character slots/classes as well).
    • Able to use many offensive skills and defensive skills as well as support skills ( ̶M̶e̶t̶e̶o̶r̶ ̶B̶r̶e̶a̶k̶e̶r̶ ̶w̶i̶t̶h̶ ̶i̶t̶s̶ ̶i̶n̶v̶i̶n̶c̶i̶b̶i̶l̶i̶t̶y̶, Stone Barrier, Binding Strike which will keep enemies being locked down and unable to move, Brave Aura, ̶W̶a̶r̶ ̶C̶r̶y̶, etc).
    • Another advantage of using LUK 1h md is that you have a bunch of different AOE skills for farming, suitable to farm at almost everywhere.
    Cons:
    • It's a combination of both LUK mage and LUK halberdier so if you compare the amount of ATK or MATK, it wouldn't be able to beat any of those 2 classes.
    • It's not a popular build, so if you party with close-minded people, they will immediately kick you the moment they see you because they think you're a dual wield leecher.
    • Not a newbie-friendly or low-budget build because you need at least a high Weapon ATK 1-handed sword +S, a book of Magic Warrior, and a Yashiro's Dad's Mask with Gespent 2 (this is optional because it is for the purpose of getting 1k cast speed to lower the MP Charge's cast time, unless you have another way to reach 1k cast speed).
    LUK-255
    ̶ ̶I̶N̶T̶-̶4̶5̶ ̶(̶a̶r̶o̶u̶n̶d̶ ̶t̶h̶i̶s̶ ̶n̶u̶m̶b̶e̶r̶ ̶f̶o̶r̶ ̶r̶a̶i̶s̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶M̶A̶T̶K̶)̶
    ̶ ̶S̶T̶R̶-̶a̶f̶t̶e̶r̶ ̶r̶a̶i̶s̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶s̶o̶m̶e̶ ̶I̶N̶T̶,̶ ̶j̶u̶s̶t̶ ̶d̶u̶m̶p̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶r̶e̶s̶t̶ ̶o̶f̶ ̶y̶o̶u̶r̶ ̶s̶t̶a̶t̶ ̶p̶o̶i̶n̶t̶s̶ ̶o̶n̶ ̶S̶T̶R̶.̶

    DEX-146 (for level cap 210)
    STR-146 (for level cap 210)

Note that since the game developers always release new craftable weapons with higher base Weapon ATK in later updates, this means that you won't need to add any INT in the future since the main source of getting MATK for this build is from Passive Conversion, this is why a 1-handed sword +S is important.

Main DPS combo: Magic: Impact-main dps skill (either Finale or Meteor Breaker)-Finale (smite) if you use Meteor Breaker for main DPS. If you use Finale as a main dps skill, get a combo ender skill like Smash.
Optional CF releasing combo: Reflex>Cross Fire (smite)
    • A 1-handed sword +S with high Weapon ATK
    • A random magic device (it doesn't matter, any magic device will do)

    • Yashiro's Dad's Mask (with Gespent 2)
    • Ring is optional
    • A Bowgun for the extended part of the build, which is optional (either a player made bowgun with fc stat or Acid Gun that drops from Canemo Fish is good)

    Update July 27, 2020
I made some changes in Stat allocation and Skill points distribution (please check stat allocation and skill points distribution spoiler tags above):
    • For stat allocation, INT is no longer needed due to the high Weapon Attack of the new 5th Anniv One-Handed Sword, however, even if you don't use high end gears, adding DEX to raise your MATK to the desired amount is better because DEX is more important now for this build, after the skill balance adjustments made on July 16, 2020 (Sword Tempest, which is the main farming skill of this build is now affected by DEX when using One-Handed Sword). Since DEX is so important now, raising both DEX and STR equally is the best way.
    • For skill points distribution, I removed Meteor Breaker, Sonic Blade, and War Cry to get those precious skill points back and dumped them on Shot Skills tree for Cross Fire (which serves the same purpose of both Sonic Blade and Meteor Breaker and is far more superior in terms of dealing high damage and farming) and Long Range (after the skill balance adjustment, Cross Fire is now a srd/lrd skill so Long Range now gives Cross Fire 10% more extra damage)

Please keep in mind that no build is perfect, just take this build as a reference and build your own build with creativity if you dare to XD that's the uniqueness of Toram, you can make your character whatever you want it to be (with some restrictions). At the end of the day, it doesn't matter what build is superior to any other build. What matters is that whether you have fun or not playing the game and for me, the fun from playing this game is to be able to customize my character build to my liking. Somehow, I happen to be interested in non meta builds tho…

I did include a clip where it farms mobs at morga wasteland some where near the end of the video. Although it could 1 hit the mobs (except cactus) with meteor breaker, it still is not as good as cross fire.

Creative and looks cool but quite expensive for normal farmer's , I myself can't afford that sort of expensive weapon for my luck farmer , and never mind those expensive xtals o.o ... But truly if I had lots of Spina I would have followed your amazing and cool build @_@ totally it's amazing!!

Wow this kinda cool as farmer :D

"close-minded people" I see what you mean XD
I dont mind people with unique way to farm, as long as it get the meaning, to farm. In fact i like the way they build and like to talk how they come out with this and what about damage/range or what is their way while farming. I myself just only join in toram in 1 month+ and seeing many build way its kinda cool though i only has mage luk as farming because its kinda cheap way and in line with my planning burst mage.

Some days ago when farming in knight/fighter quest, i met one that kinda use sword and magic like you. I just like farming usually when that person say thanks, like wut? then proceed how most people just out pt when they join in and thank me not being out. Bruh, i hope most people will learn more(not that i expected myself as knowledgeable as i even have hard time planning my set element burst while considering many thing).

Good luck with this build !! Maybe if i already feels good with my own characther i will consider taking this :D

But..but luk mage can do like 15k+ per storm tick without any proration (not that id ever use luk for farming as its just a 25% increase). Also ur lowering ur storms dmg by using tempest first, if u used storm first then tempest ur storm will do more dmg and so will ur tempest, but u probs like it the way u have it because tempest ticks as u cast storm etc

Yes, I’m aware of Tempest does Magic prorate but I don’t think proration matters that much when farming since the purpose of farming is just brainlessly spamming AOE skills and killing as much as you can anyway. Also since I can kill most of the mobs with just 2-3 hits, I don’t really need any more damage, and even if I do, I will just set Storm or Tempest in a smite combo.
I don’t get this part because I put Tempest there as a save tag, so the damage already decreased to 20%, if I replace Tempest by Storm, the damage will be even worse for Storm. This 1 MP combo Blizzard>Tempest(save)>Storm(smite)>Finale(smite) is not for high damage but mainly for low mp usage purpose.

I have a non-luck version of this build (dex>int) that's strictly magic oriented. It is very fun farming character. (i farm with an alt account which i set to use a luck char) Tho my character is still Lv148, I plan to use most of the skills you have listed here. However, the 2 major skills I have picked up that isn't in your late game build is Magic:Burst and Swift Attack. I don't plan to take more than 1 level on process material skill, and dont plan on taking MP Boost.

    Update July 27, 2020.
this build is now able to kill the mobs in morga wasteland as well as other high hp/defenses mobs with ease, using cross fire.
However, it is an still incomplete build and possibly will get another update in the near future.
    Thank you for reading, cheers
