Lvl4 smith skills, easy +A refine?

    Maybe corynclub's estimation isn't accurate maybe it is?
    Current success rate by using orichalcum to reach +B and +A are 6.4 and 1 respectively
    With the 4th tier of smith refine skills, the same success rates using orichalcum were expected to be 23.8 and 6.8
    Relatively speaking these numbers look nice, but I have no further say, what about you guys?
